Refund and return policy

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Some products, such as cheese and frozen items, are non-refundable and will not be eligible for a return or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to return your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the problem and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as some products with short expiration dates (like cheese and frozen products).

Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific product.

Sale items or gift cards cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We are unable to process exchanges automatically. Please return the order you wish to exchange and order a new one.

14-day reflection period of the European Union

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. As before, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and unopened, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
