SHIPPING FROZEN FOOD?
Yes, you can! We spent a lot of time perfecting it. Our products are shipped in sustainable insulated packaging made from recycled paper and with plenty of dry ice. This way, our products arrive frozen even after 24-48 hours. Please make sure you are home at the time of delivery.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
We only ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
If you place your order between Tuesday and Wednesday (before 11:00 a.m.), your package will be delivered on the next business day. If you place your order between Wednesday (from 11:01 a.m.) and Tuesday (before 11:00 a.m.), you will receive your package on Wednesday. In exceptional cases, shipping may take two business days.
Your order will remain frozen throughout the process. As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.
Everything is very fast, you can track your package via the tracking link. It will arrive with DPD Food Express. Please make sure you are home at the time of delivery. Address changes are not allowed during shipping.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Express shipping to your home for orders from €50.00 to €60.00 costs €8.
Express shipping to your home for orders from €61.00 to €79.99 costs €6.
Express shipping to your home for orders over €80.00 is FREE.
WHERE DO WE SHIP?
We ship throughout Germany. No matter how far you live, naguara.de will reach you. However, it is important that you secure your home or office address. This ensures timely delivery.
